Payment Terms

You can pay for your order online directly on our website using any bank card. All transactions are fully secured and processed via safe internet acquiring from MONOBANK.

We offer two convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) with a minimum prepayment of 250 UAH (the remaining balance is paid upon receipt).
  • Full prepayment online.

Why is full prepayment more beneficial?

  • Save on shipping: You do not have to pay the "Nova Poshta" fee for money transfers (which is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH).

Delivery in Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are delivered by "Nova Poshta" (to service branches or parcel lockers).

  • Shipping cost: Paid by the recipient according to the carrier's standard rates. Free shipping on all orders from 5000 UAH.
  • Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or notification with a tracking number (TTN) to track your package on the carrier's website NOVAPOSHTA.UA or in the mobile application.

Exchange & Returns

Please note: for orders with full prepayment, exchanges and returns are not available.
