Public Offer Agreement

1.1. This Public Offer Agreement is an official proposal by FOP Kardash Taras Ihorovych (hereinafter - the "Seller") to conclude a Distance Selling Agreement for goods presented on the website doomersneakers.com (hereinafter - the "Website") with any individual (hereinafter - the "Buyer").

1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Buyer (acceptance of the Agreement) is the payment for the order (prepayment or full payment) or the confirmation of the order on the Website.

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods selected on the Website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the conditions of this Agreement.

3.1. The Buyer places an order on the Website independently by adding items to the virtual cart and filling in the checkout form.

3.2. Processing and shipment of the order is carried out within 1-2 business days from the moment of order confirmation.

4.1. Online payment by card on the Website is processed via the secure acquiring system of MONOBANK.

4.2. Orders can be paid using two options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) with a mandatory minimum prepayment of 250 UAH. The remaining balance is paid upon receipt at Nova Poshta.
• Full prepayment online directly on the Website.

5.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine by the logistics company "Nova Poshta" to the branch, parcel locker, or via courier address delivery.

5.2. Delivery is paid by the recipient according to the carrier's rates. For orders starting from 5000 UAH, delivery is **free** (paid by the Seller).

6.1. Important: For orders placed with full prepayment, exchanges and returns are not available.

6.2. Returns are only possible for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by refusing the package at the Nova Poshta branch. In case of refusal, the 250 UAH prepayment is non-refundable and is retained by the Seller to compensate for shipping costs in both directions.

7.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for minor differences in color or design between the actual product and its image on the Website, resulting from monitor color rendering limits.
